Coaching leading an All-Star team, perhaps a Zone squad or even the Olympics, get to coach swimmers / athletes from various programs. The coaches have a duty to reach out to the home coach and get some insights and coaching tips on how to best coach those athletes. That is a two-way street, of course.
This form was used to help guide an All-Start coaching staff so we'd be better able to offer insights to the athletes in our charge.
