Speed Test Set Routine from Brett Hawke


I want speed endurance.

Tip: Put cones on the bottom of the pool.

Speed set comes after talking about the other set.

Broken 50s

  • 5 rounds of 10-meters with breaks of 10-seconds rest.
  • 5 rounds of 12.5-meters with breaks of 15-seconds rest.
  • 5 rounds of one-third of 50s (approx 16.6-meters) with breaks of 20-seconds.
  • 5 rounds of 25 + 25 with break of 30-seconds rest.
  • Full 50-meters, with fins and paddles.
