Set practice pace times using a swimmer’s 500 goal time

  • Alternative to a T30

Rob Emary posted that he has switched away from using the T30 test set to using a goal time 500. Then he plugs that goal time into Urbanchek’s chart. 

That method has give tremendous success with 200s, 500s, 1,000s and 1,650s.

Swims basically kids going those goal times.
